How do I enter a competition?
Choose a competition, answer the competition question, select the number of tickets you would like and follow the on-screen instructions to pay. Please note any maximum ticket limit shown on the competition. Once payment is complete, we will email your entry confirmation and ticket numbers.
A free postal entry route is also available. Send the competition title, your full name, address, telephone number, email address and answer to the competition question to CompV2 Demo, 123 Any Street, Any Town, AB12 3DE. Each entry must be sent separately by first or second class post and received before the closing date.
Where is my purchase email?
Your confirmation email and ticket numbers normally arrive within 10–15 minutes. During exceptionally busy periods this can take a little longer. Please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us if it has not arrived.
Where can I see my entries?
Select the account icon at the top of the website and sign in. Your My Account area shows both current and previous competition entries.
How do I edit my details?
Select the account icon, sign in and open Account details in the My Account menu. You can update your personal details there.
How will I know if I win?
We will contact the winner by telephone or email, normally within seven days of the competition closing. Please keep your contact details up to date. If we cannot reach a winner within the period stated in our terms, another winner may be selected.
Can anyone enter a competition?
Unless a competition says otherwise, entrants must be aged 18 or over and live in an eligible territory stated in our terms. Employees, agents, suppliers and their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
If I win, do I have to appear in promotional material?
No. Promotional participation is not compulsory. With your permission, we may share your win on our website or social channels. We may still need to provide winner information to a regulator to demonstrate that a competition was administered fairly.
Can I get a refund on my entries?
Competition entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our full terms and conditions.
How do I use a coupon?
Apply your discount code or coupon at checkout. The coupon box appears near the top of the checkout page rather than in the basket.
